All course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Eligible Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical issue
- Failure to provide course access due to a system error from our side
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of course usage
- Dissatisfaction without valid technical issue
- Failure to complete the course
4. Refund Request Timeline
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction.
5. Refund Processing
